We make a variety of Seasonal Specialties that are only available for a limited time.

Lenten Season: Our Hot Cross Buns are from a generations old recipe with a generous portion of raisins and butter cream icing crosses.

Easter: Our Egg, Bunny and Lamb cakes are the perfect dessert for your holiday meal.

Late Spring - Summer: When fresh fruit is in season, we make Strawberry Cake, Blueberry Cake and Fresh Peach Cake.  We buy fruit from local farmers and the Highlandtown Farmers' Market.

Autumn: Custard and Pumpkin Pies, Pumpkin Cheese Cake are all wonderful tastes of Fall. Our pies make your Thanksgiving meal complete.

Christmas: Our Stollen bread is an old family recipe from Germany and contains tasty candied and dried fruits. Our hand cut sugar and chocolate chip cookies are our own recipe and our chocolate top cookies have a dollop of sweet fudge that melts in your mouth.
