Our fresh breads are baked daily in our brick hearth oven. We make Vienna and Rye daily. All bread is $1.75 per loaf.
We make a variety of Seasonal Specialties that are only available for a limited time. Click on the photo to enlarge.
Lenten Season: Our Hot Cross Buns are from a generations old recipe. Each are individually hand-rolled with a generous portion of raisins and butter cream icing crosses.
Easter: Our Egg, Bunny and Lamb cakes are the perfect dessert for your holiday meal.
Late Spring - Summer: When fresh fruit is in season, we make Strawberry Cake, Blueberry Cake and Fresh Peach Cake. We buy fruit from local farmers in Maryland.
Autumn: Apple Dumplings, Custard and Pumpkin Pies, Pumpkin Cheese Cake are all wonderful tastes of Fall. Apple dumplings are made with fresh apples and we use the original apple peeler that our grandfather William Hoehn used 93 years ago. Our handmade pies make your Thanksgiving meal complete.

Christmas - Late Fall/Early Winter: Our Christmas Stollen bread is an old family recipe from Germany and contains tasty candied and dried fruits and walnuts. Our hand cut sugar and chocolate chip cookies (contains walnuts) are our own recipe and our chocolate top cookies have a dollop of sweet fudge that melts in your mouth.
Please note that we do not make decorated occasion cakes (birthday, anniversary, wedding, etc).
Many of our products contain wheat, sugar, milk, yeast or eggs. Our Rye Bread contains Caraway seeds. Please contact us if you have questions about the ingredients of any of our products.
